A missing or extra http reference is the #1 reason for problems. So, if you’re new to this, please read a about how to make text clickable.
A properly formatted link will have the clickable text first, in brackets, then the URL in parentheses, like this: [Click here](http://www.mywebsite.com)
And you checked for typos right?
Well, even if it looks fine, watch out for a stray slash at the end. Technically the URLs for most websites do not end in “/” — so just be sure. :-)
Mimi recommends that you paste links in just to be sure. So, open another window, go the webpage you are trying to link, copy the URL and paste it into Mimi. No fuss, no worries!
Also, it’s very smart to give all links a quick test before you send that email to others. :-)
