1. Click on the Account link at the top of your page.
2. Click the Need to cancel or pause your account? button in the lower right corner.
3. Choose to Cancel or Pause using the buttons that appear:
4. On the next page, Confirm your Cancel or Pause.
If you choose to Pause, your account will be temporarily closed, and your billing will be put on hold for as long as you’re idle.
When you return and Unpause your account, you’ll be billed for a new month going forward. All of your previous newsletters, stats, and audience lists will be waiting for you, intact!
If you choose to Cancel, your account will be entirely shut down, and inaccessible.
