Enable Multi User in your Add Things Menu and click on Go set it up. If you’ve already enabled Multi User, click on Users and follow these steps:
1. Click Add a User.
2. Add all the details on the popup screen
Remember an email address cannot already be in use for any other Mimi account. So keep ‘em unique :)
3. Now it’s time to set up list permissions. Click edit permissions next to your new child user:
4. Adjust your settings on the popup screen:
There are three types of list permissions:
Full Access – The child account can add/remove and export the contacts in this list
View Only – The child account can only view the list, not make any edits
No Access – The child will not see this list at all
Keep in mind: only the Parent account has access to the suppression list. So, the admin still needs to make any suppression list changes that might come up, even if it involves contacts that belong to child accounts.
