Don’t panic! At the homepage, click on “If you have lost your password, just reset it.” An email will be sent to you with a link to enter your new password. Often, what happens is people change their account email address. It’s important to know that your account email address is also your Login ID. If you’re trying the password reset function, and it’s not working out for you, ask yourself if you may have changed the email address on your Mad Mimi account. If so… the email sent by Mimi containing the password reset link, will be sent to whatever email is on your Mad Mimi account.
