You’ve been working hard creating a gorgeous newsletter only to have an error pop up when you try to save. Before you throw your computer out the window, check to see if you have a message that states, “You are editing this promotion in multiple tabs”. If so, you’ve likely found the culprit.

When editing in multiple tabs, the system isn’t sure which version to save, and this can cause a ‘time-out’ which will result in nothing saved at all or the incorrect version to save!

All you need to do is make sure you keep the version you want, close all other tabs you’ve been working in and then make sure to save the correct version!

Now, you’re all set!
