Here’s how to get a batch of contacts from Gmail into Mad Mimi:

First, you need to export your contacts from Gmail to “Outlook’s CSV format.” To do this, choose the “Export” link on the top right area of your Gmail “Contacts” page. Select which contacts to export and then “Outlook’s CSV format.”  Next, click Export and then Save  (as shown below).

Back at Mad Mimi, click the “+ Add Contacts” button on the Audience page.  Make sure “Many at a Time” is selected and click “Browse” to choose the CSV file you just created. After selecting it, choose your list and click “Add Contacts” and you’re all set!
