Sometimes, when you reply or forward an HTML email, Outlook includes the outer background color in your reply. This can get a little annoying so here’s how to handle it, courtesy of Outlook Help.

To remove the background color:

1. Hit the reply or forward button on that email

2. On the Options tab, in the Themes group, click Page Color.

3. Select “No Color”
